Property Manager - licensed property manager, 3 to 5 years experience on an actual apartment community, property management software skills, good people skills, organized
Maintenance Technician - HVAC certified, electrical, plumbing, own transportation, own tools, CPO certification helpful.
Administrative Assistant - experienced in working at an apartment community, property management software (ie: Rent Roll, Yardi, AMSI), organized
Accounting Department Ð Corporate office positions of diverse responsibilities from data entry to full-charge bookkeeping. Related accounting experience and working knowledge of Excel required.
